Description
Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit—improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

Set amidst the ancient Celtic landscape of Snowdonia, with mountains all around, the Centre is in the glaciated Nant Ffrancon valley. Snowdon Lodge was previously a motel, and has been transformed into a beautiful course centre with accommodation for bed and breakfast. It is the home of the World Peace Flame monument. The whole venue has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
