We set about introducing a hot tub to the market that could meet our
stringent cost objectives without skimping on quality. There were cheap
deals to be had in China and the Middle East, past engineering experience
and testing told us that this would be a false economy in the long run
as quality in these tubs from these regions is particularly poor and
some do not meet safety regulations (something extremely important when
mixing water and electricity!)
