Lancaster Serene Reflection

We meet on Mondays at 7.30pm at the Friends Meeting House in Lancaster, which is next door to the railway station. The first time you come, one of our experienced members will talk to you about our practice and give you meditation instruction. The style of meditation we practice is called ‘serene reflection meditation’ – we are part of the Soto Zen tradition of Buddhism. There is no charge for our meetings, though all are invited to support our costs through donation.
